Where Are The Musicians?

The Man Who Saw God Face To Face

...
Where are the musicians?
Where have the singers gone to?
Why are there no one to sing praises?
For my eyes have seen the glorious one!
In the silence of the night,
And yet brighter of than the daylight,
I saw the God of perfection, face to face.

Indeed, He is God of Perfection,
Full of brightness and perfection.
The Holy One, who is untainted
By the sins and calamities of earthly life.

He is true and wonderful.
He is simple, and yet, majestic.
He is silent and at same time saying so much.
He is glorious and wonderful.
Yet, full of humility and love.
He is the greatest, who makes the least noise,
Even no noise at all.

He is true,
Full of loving-kindness and mercy.
He is gracious and generous,
and also righteous and just in judgment.
He is quick to forgive offence,
And is able to fish out the smallest sin of the evil doers.

The Self-Praising One!
God is glorious without praises,
And praise-worthy in all His ways.
The lonely one, who is not solitary.
He is able to appear and disappear.

He is the Creator of the Universe.
He is the Sustainer.
He is the Enabler.
He is the Preserver.
He is the Originator and Finisher.

He does not need a servant.
Yet, He is served by multitudes of Angels.
Praise His name.
Praise Him now and forever more.

He is excellent in appearance,
And still simple in humility,
He is the One without dent and without imperfection.
